The No Clog T-Trap Eliminates the need for Hazardous Chemical Drain Openers. By Eliminating the need for Hazardous Chemical Drain Openers, The No Clog T-Trap helps to Prevent accidental Child Poisonings, it Reduces the amount of Chemicals going into the Environment, and Saves You Money on Plumbing Bills and Expensive Drain Openers. (For use on 1-1/2" and 1-1/4" sink drains).

* HOW TO INSTALL THE NO CLOG T-TRAP: *

Tools are not required in order to install The No Clog T-TRAP. Although a pipe wrench may be needed to remove old drain trap and drain parts.

1. Place a bucket or pan under the old drain trap to catch any water that may be in it.
2. Remove the old slip nuts and washers. Replace with new slip nuts and correct size washers.
3. Install The No Clog T-TRAP in place of the old drain trap and tighten the slip nuts hand tight.
4. (Run water) Check for leaks.

** HOW TO INSTALL THE NO CLOG T-TRAP™ TO 1-1/4" PIPING: **

1. Take off your old drain trap and remove the old washer and slip nut from the pipe coming from your sink.
2. Replace the old washer and slip nut with a new 1-1/2" slip nut and a 1-1/2" x 1-1/4" reducer washer.
3. If the outlet pipe is attached to the wall or to the floor you will have to remove it and take off the old slip nut, then slide a new 1-1/2" x 1-1/4" reducer washer and a 1-1/2" slip nut onto it.
4. Replace the outlet pipe to the wall or to the floor and slide the 1-1/2" x 1-1/4" reducer washer and the 1-1/2" slip nut to the end.
5. Attach The No Clog T-TRAP to the piping with the new 1-1/2" x 1-1/4" reducer washers and 1-1/2" slip nuts that you put on.
6. (Run water) Check for leaks.

*** HOW TO REMOVE DRAIN SEDIMENT BUILDUP TO PREVENT CLOGS: ***

1. Placet a bucket or pan under The No Clog T-TRAP to catch any water that may be in it.
2. Open the window in The No Clog T-TRAP by removing the flanged slip nut.
3. Put finger in hole of the retrieval basket and pull out basket.
4. Remove the buildup from basket.
5. Put the retrieval basket back inside The No Clog T-TRAP (arrows pointing up).
6. Close the window by placing the flanged slip nut back on to The No Clog T-TRAP.
7. Tighten the flanged slip nut hand tight.
8. (Run water) Check for leaks.

**** HOW TO RETRIEVE ITEMS THAT HAVE FALLEN INTO THE SINK DRAIN: ****

1. Look for lost item through window in the The No Clog T-TRAP.
2. Place a bucket or pan under the The No Clog T-TRAP to catch any water that may be in it.
3. Open the window in The No Clog T-TRAP by removing the flanged slip nut.
4. Put finger in hole of retrieval basket and pull out basket.
5. Retrieve the lost item from basket.
6. Put the retrieval basket back inside The No Clog T-TRAP (arrows pointing up).
7. Close the window by placing the flanged slip nut back on to The No Clog T-TRAP.
8. Tighten the flanged slip nut hand tight.
9. (Run water) Check for leaks.
